Canadian-based
engineering-construction firm
Dessau
acquires Kitchener-based engineering firm Naylor
Kitchener,

– Dessau Inc., one of
Canada
’s largest engineering-construction firms, today announced further
expansion in
Ontario
through the acquisition of Naylor Engineering Associates, a
Kitchener-based consulting engineering firm.
Naylor
will be part of the LVM Group, a major subsidiary of
Dessau
with over 1000 employees, which provides services in geotechnical
engineering, environment and construction testing. In
Ontario
,
Dessau
and LVM have now over 150 employees in 5 offices.
